Independent Small-Business Ambassador Agreement

1. Purpose and parties

   This agreement is between Holistic Healing 4 Life (HH4L) and the submitting business. It creates an independent community relationship for sharing HH4L information, offering an approved member benefit, and exploring optional business perks.

2. Independent relationship

   The Business Ambassador remains independent and responsible for its operations, taxes, licenses, insurance, advertising, staff, customers, records, and legal compliance. This is not employment, a franchise, agency, joint venture, or authority to bind HH4L.

3. HH4L support

   HH4L may provide approved membership materials, confirm the business offer before publication, provide community visibility when mutually agreed, and introduce optional outside business programs.

4. Business responsibilities

   The business will use current HH4L information accurately, honor its confirmed written offer, obtain permission before collecting customer contacts, use permission-based messages, avoid guarantees, and report material changes.

5. Member offer and publication

   The business chooses the discount or special benefit that works for it. Nothing is published until the offer wording, limits, contact information, and participation details are confirmed.

6. Optional business perks

   Customer-database services, small-business funding introductions, and CareCredit are optional and separate. Enrollment, eligibility, approval, fees, guarantees, and written terms are controlled by the outside provider.

7. No guarantees

   HH4L does not guarantee customers, referrals, revenue, funding, approval, traffic, database growth, CareCredit enrollment, or any result. Customers remain free to choose.

8. Term and ending participation

   The agreement begins when signed by the business and accepted by HH4L. Either party may end participation by written notice. Previously accepted privacy, payment, or third-party terms continue where applicable.

9. Complete agreement and signatures

   This online agreement and confirmed participation details contain the understanding. Changes must be in writing. Typed and electronic signatures may be accepted as originals. A meeting supports onboarding but is not required before deciding to join.
